RRSP Homebuyer's Plan

The RRSP Homebuyers plan is available if you and/or your spouse if you have not owned a principal residence for approximately five years. The plan allows you to withdraw up to $25,000.00 from each RRSP for a total of $50,000.00 without paying taxes on your withdrawal. For  owner occupied homes only. You must repay it within 15 years.
