Wills
Having a Will provides peace of mind that your intended beneficiaries will receive what you wish to leave for them, that minor children are taken care of, and will avoid misunderstandings and hard feelings which can lead to unnecessary and expensive litigation. There are many issues surrounding estate planning which is why you may wish to hire a professional to prepare your Will.

You will also need to choose and Executor/Trustee to handle your estate, and a Guardian for any minor children. One person can be both an Executor and Guardian, or they can be separate. You can have more than one executor and alternates as well.
