Refinance Closing Process

For a mortgage refinance or a new mortgage, please forward your Notaries contact information to your mortgage lender. The mortgage lender will send documents on instructions to prepare the new mortgage.

Please fax or email me the following:

  • a recent mortgage statement to obtain payout's of any  mortgage(s) or lines of credit.
  • a recent property tax notice

Once these documents are received the Notary will collect information from you such as full legal names, occupations, and addresses of all those on the mortgage including any guarantors. When the paperwork is completed per the banks instructions you will be required to visit the office to sign the paperwork.
